The "A" Street Apartments are minutes from The Gaslamp, San Diego City College, 32nd Street Naval Base, Morley Field and Balboa Park. The apartment homes are upgraded and are assigned one off-street parking space. There is on-site coin laundry for convenience.

Residents charged a percentage of water/sewer/trash per month and pay their own SDGE, cable/internet. $45 application fee per adult resident.
